Delivery and return

Sending of ordered products

- Sendingof goods is provided within 24 - 48 hours after receiving of customer’s payment and is conducted through any needed carrier service (e.g. DPD, OSC, DHL and other transport services), if other delivery terms are not agreed. Also it is possible to pick up goods by customer’s transport.

- Shipping costs are usually not included in the price of the item. All prices on our website https://mtl.ee/ are presented on EXW Tallinn term.

- Pickup is possible also from our warehouse at Saku, Harjumaa. 

Return:

Return is provided in accordance with the EU requirements, but we also offer to each of our buyer an opportunity to make return of shipped goods (if products were not in use), after 14 days. We understand the fact that the installation of our products sometimes takes about a month and over. Therefore, the return of goods, as a rule, follows the system = The customer is always correct in his decision and MTL Armaturen OÜ will provide best support for it.
